Notarization
Acting in accordance with x-USSR legislation, the company provides services for notarization of charters, official acts of registration, patents and applications for them, certificates of origin and a number of other documents executed in foreign languages.
The procedure is as follows:
The translation of the original or a copy of the document into x-UUSR language is carried out by a staff translator of our company.
The original document or its copy is bound together with the translation.
On the last sheet, in the place where the documents are fastened, the so-called asterisk is glued from thick, red paper.
The notary's seal is put, while the seal impression must cover the asterisk with one of its parts.
On the back side of the last sheet, the surname, name and patronymic of the translator who translated the document, as well as the signature of the notary certifying the authenticity of the translator's signature, are indicated.
In some cases, the translated document may be certified with the seal of our company.
At the same time, the original and the translation are stapled together and the reverse side of the document is stamped by our company with an acknowledging inscription and the signature of the translator.
You do not need to personally bring the documents to our office. Couriers of the company will take the documents from you and, after completing all the necessary formalities, will deliver the properly executed documents.
